Album Notes A concert event held on the afternoon and evening of August 1, 1971, at Madison Square Garden in New York.

- Includes a 64-page book with pictures from the concert, noted 'PRINTED IN USA'.
- The Inside of the box has completely the same color as the outer surface (some other releases are white inside)
- Very small stamper on the inside edge of the box top: 'Printed in U.S.A.'
- Include brown paper inner sleeves
